We are out of network with all health insurance providers. Payment for services is due on the date of service, however as a courtesy, we will file your insurance. The client is responsible for providing the office with the appropriate address to submit outpatient mental health claims and for any recourse that may be required for claim denials. Any payment made to you from your insurance company will be a refund of fees that you have paid to our office.
Fees for services rendered:
Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payment is due on the day of service. Returned checks will be assessed a $35 service charge.
Occasionally you may have to miss an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible at least 24 hours in advance, so that the provider may fill the hour. If there is 24 hour notice, you will not be charged. This is necessary because a professional time commitment has been set aside and held exclusively for you.
Our rates will vary depending upon the clinician providing service:
$250 per 90 minute initial evaluation
$140 per 60 minute individual session
$70 per 30 minutes session to include minimum for phone consultations
$1,500 per 12 week Relationship Coaching Program
